The company was incorporated in 20th July 1977 in Malaysia, under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company under the name of ASSOCIATED MUTUAL ENTERPRISE SDN BHD, which is now known as AME AUTO PARTS (M) SDN BHD. |

The Company’s principal activity comprises of importing, exporting, wholesaling and retailing of automotive parts. Import mainly comes from Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China and European Union countries such as France, Germany, Italy and Spain etc. Recently, the Company has expanded into exporting goods to countries such as Fiji Island, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom etc. |

The Company holds authorized dealership for various genuine automotive parts, mainly for passenger vehicles like Proton, Perodua, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Peugeot and Renault. As for OE replacement parts, the range extends to further cover Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Citroen, Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Audi, Opel and Ford. |
